Combatting Cyber Fraud through Collaboration

UK law enforcement efforts to combat cyber fraud are the ‘most joined-up bit of policing’ in the country, but police forces cannot do it alone. Cyber fraud will be defeated only through collaboration, engagement and partnership with industry and the community. While there is still a lot more work to be done, huge progress has been made over the past few years. In collaboration with Essex Police, this meeting will discuss how business and law enforcement can better collaborate to improve cyber resilience and reduce cyber fraud. The day’s agenda is packed with contributions from law enforcement and the private sector who are already enabling us to work together more closely, including Action Fraud, the Eastern Cyber Resilience Centre, UK Finance, and more.
