Seguridad TIC 2021

In 2020 there was an accelerated digitization both inward (eg employees working remotely) and outward (eg customers using digital channels). This change persists in 2021. However, the approach to security has not transformed at the same speed, which has put stress on existing models. This year will require consolidating the measures taken since the urgency of the previous year to achieve stable solutions adapted to a business context that will continue to be unstable. Therefore, resilience will be an essential criterion to protect income generation and business continuity. This resilience applies at different levels: the work model, the digital ecosystem and operations.
