Technicalities are about capabilities. Humans are about intention and perception; all very fuzzy concepts, with distinctly analogue characteristics. Be it Art in War, Perception Management or Neilson-style BDA. I think about political paralysis (human) that enables asymmetric adversaries with increased force projection capabilities (messaging), not burdened with Homeland political correctness and cultural conflicts. Back in the late 80s and early 90s, I focused, almost to a fault, on Capabilities, versus Intentions. I interjected ‘Will’ into the equations ~2002 and now the discussion begets influence and propaganda as synchronous communications. Ergo, my brain overload from two awesome days of discussion.
