THOTCON 2020

THOTCON (pronounced \ˈthȯt\ and taken from THree – One – Two) is a hacking conference that is based in Chicago Illinois, United States. This is a non-commercial, non-profit, event looking to give the best conference possible on a very limited budget. The idea started in late 2009 by a group of Chicago hackers who wanted to start a local low-cost conference.
