Global Privacy Training 2020
Breakout sessions covered a huge variety of big topics in privacy, among them artificial intelligence, privacy by design, cross-border data transfers and data localization. Regulators are giving form to provisions like the fairness requirement and preparing to back them up with steep fines. The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is not far behind on privacy pros’ minds, if standing-room-only sessions are any indication.
