By accessing and/or using the Service, You signify Your agreement to accept this Privacy Policy. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF THE PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS AND/OR USE THE SERVICE.

1. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA OR INFORMATION

THE COMPANY WILL NEVER ASK YOU AND YOU MUST NEVER PROVIDE SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA OR INFORMATION TO THE COMPANY OR TO ANY PERSON/ENTITY REPRESENTING THE COMPANY. ANY DISCLOSURE OF SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA OR INFORMATION SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY TO THE COMPANY (INCLUDING ITS DIRECTORS, KEY MANAGERIAL PERSONNEL, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES).

YOU MUST NOT DISCLOSE YOUR:

(i) passwords;

(ii) financial information such as bank account details, credit card details, debit card details, secure pin number, passwords, etc.;

(iii) physical, physiological and mental health condition;

(iv) sexual orientation;

(v) medical records and history;

(vi) biometric information;

(vii) national identification numbers;

(viii) and such other sensitive personal data or information.

1.1 Users must note that any information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act, 2005 or any other law for the time being in force shall not be regarded as personal information or sensitive personal data or information for the purposes of this Privacy Policy and the Company shall not be obliged to take any measures to protect the same since the same is freely available in the public domain.

1.2 Please note that identity theft and the practice currently known as "phishing" are of great concern to the Company. We do not and will not, at any time, request Your credit card information/debit card information/financial pin numbers and passwords.

2.1 The primary purpose of collection of personal information set out in Clause 2 (i) hereinbelow and other information set out in Clause 2.1 (ii) to (viii) hereinbelow, is to allow You to access and use the Service and various features on or in relation to the Service provided by the Company.

The Company shall not be responsible or liable for use or misuse of the same by Third-PartyWebsites.

We will use reasonable efforts to ensure that third parties who provide services in terms of this Clause 2.3, are under an obligation to maintain confidentiality with respect to the personal information and to use it for the purposes of the services only.

3. COOKIES & WEB BEACONS

4. GDPR COMPLIANCE

To support the changes in Europe’s new privacy law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that went into effect on May 25, 2018, we have updated our Privacy Policy to make it easier for customers and clients to understand what data we collect, how it is kept secure and what it is used for. Cyware Labs has undertaken a review of its data collection, storage and security arrangements have have taken measures to ensure the core principles of data security and privacy ensconced in GDPR are reflected, including every individual’s right to access their data and right to be forgotten.

Although these changes have been sparked by new EU legislation, we believe privacy and transparency are an important right for all citizens and applies to everyone, regardless of where you’re located.

Your privacy and trust is important to us, and at Cyware, we strive to make our policies, products and services as clear and easy to use as possible. We want to assure all of our customers that are have worked hard to ensure compliance in all areas of our business and have taken measures to meet all legal and compliance specifications with regards to customer data.

(i) We are not asking to collect more data or plan to use your data any differently. However, we are providing full transparency and specific details on how we use the information we collect and how long we store that data for improved clarity and full transparency.

4.1 Personal data provided directly to us

Cyware Labs collects personal data from you if and when you request a product or service directly from us. This may be collected when you:

(i) Subscribe to our newsletter(s) or marketing email(s)

(ii) Apply for a job

(iii) Request a demo to learn more about Cyware products

(iv) Sign up for one of Cyware’s security solutions including web apps, iOS and Android mobile apps

(v) Sign up for a content or promotion held by Cyware

(vi) Enroll for promotions, campaigns, special offers, surveys or feedback by Cyware

The information we routinely collect when you register on our website or subscribe to our newsletters include basic information such as full name, company designation and email address. In some cases, specific information relevant for a particular service are collected such as phone number, profile picture and city/country may be required. Alternatively, you may sign in using your Gmail account and authorize Google to fetch your information.

4.2 When you visit our websites

When you visit our website for the first time, you will receive a pop-up notice informing you that we use Cookies. Some personal data such as a unique identifier, your IP and address and geographical data will be collected through our or other technologies’ use of cookies to help us understand how you interact with our websites.

However, you are always free to stop receiving these newsletters from us at any time by emailing us. There is always an unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter you receive from us as well, should you wish to do so.

We are committed to protecting the security of the personal data we hold. Access to data stored by Cyware is restricted and we have deployed appropriate organizational and technical measures to ensure your data is secure to prevent any unauthorized access.

We have ensured that your personal data is encrypted and stored on our secure systems. The length of time for which we keep your information varies and depends on the products or services we provide to you. We also have an internal schedule to ensure backups are created and we do not hold your personal data for longer than we justifiably require it.
