It can often be a daunting task for administrators to manage complex security tools deployed in their enterprise infrastructure. When time is of the essence, the process of juggling between multiple consoles and applications to analyze an issue can become a frustrating exercise.
Now, the Cyware Threat Intelligence eXchange (CTIX) version 2.3 addresses these woes with a new feature to help admins monitor the status and understand any potential issues with their CTIX production servers at a quick glance.
The Console Status module provides an intuitive interface to browse through the status and key indicators related to all active services in the CTIX production instance.
With the new production server status monitoring capability, CTIX admins can check the key metrics for all active backend services, such as Elasticsearch, Redis, MySQL, and others.
It provides a quick and single-window view of the Active Status, CPU Usage, RAM Usage, Storage, and Search/Index Logs for services running in the background.
CTIX admins can leverage this new feature across all different deployment models such as on-premise, cloud, or hybrid.
The capability enables the admins to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with their CTIX production servers and take quick actions to avoid downtime or potential failures.
The ease of monitoring production servers goes a long way in ensuring a high-availability for CTIX. With this new feature, Cyware takes yet another step towards empowering security teams to deliver a high-performance security infrastructure.
