CrowdStrike, a provider of cloud-delivered endpoint and cloud workload protections, has agreed to acquire Humio, a provider of high-performance cloud log management and observability technology.

Toka said the funds will be used to further its efforts to develop intelligence-gathering platforms and products and advise governments on building an integrated cyber defense.

The legacy cybersecurity firm claimed it will redefine secure remote access for enterprises, given the need for these types of solutions in the context of the global shift to remote work.

The company said it is confident that this incident is isolated to the Xchanging environment. In addition, DXC does not have any indication at this time that data has been compromised or lost.
